It's just the system partition and seems to work out fine with my existing FR008 data partition so you should be able to keep all your apps as is, but do a nandroid and a Titanium backup to be sure. I consider Aria orphaned by HTC and this is probably going to be my last 'Liberated' update for the Aria unless some bugs are found in this release. At this point in time, it is unlikely that HTC will offer any official updates for Aria. This is a great rooted replacement for the stock ROM if you like HTC Sense, otherwise, Cyanogen has a very good CM7 version for the aria.
